Solutions for the Manufacturing Industry

:::::::::: ABC MANUFACTURING™ SOFTWARE RANGE ::::::::::

Our shelf products and costs

There are four main levels of our ABC Manufacturing™ program that can be upgraded from one to another as/if a client wants to add features over time. The lowest two levels are "off-the-shelf" versions and are as follows:

ABC Manufacturing™, Lite Edition - $AUD1,900.00, plus 10% GST.

prepare quotes using ABC methodology
quotes can either be "Job Quotes" or "Batch Process Quotes"

ABC Manufacturing, Standard Edition - $AUD9,500.00, plus 10% GST

prepare quotes using ABC methodology
quotes can either be "Job Quotes" or "Batch Process Quotes"
review the Production Plan, based on an approved quote, as part of a contract review process
prepare Routing Cards for the production floor ( we offer customisation of the Routing Card on a consultancy basis, if requested)
storage of "As-Built" Production Plan, useful for quality management and/or reference for future quotes.

We can also offer ABC Manufacturing, Standard Plus Edition, that has all the features of the Standard Edition, plus the exporting/scheduling capability, priced at $AUD14,500, plus 10% GST. A client would normally need consulting assistance at this level of the software, additional to the price quoted above.

The two higher levels of ABC Manufacturing™ are linked to our consultancy services and are:

ABC Manufacturing, Professional Edition - $AUD28,000.00, plus 10% GST
  - (consultancy services are additional)

As for the Standard Edition, but also includes:
Purchasing either for Stock or 'Just-in-time' based on materials identified in the Production Plan
Export of approved Production Plans to Microsoft Project for scheduling and workstation resource management
Reporting of variances on materials costs
If the optional "Goliath" data recording system is purchased, the system can be used to monitor work-in-progress, Production Capacity Usage, Efficiency and Effectiveness, taking account of Paid Hours and work Downtime. This facility is particularly useful for identifying areas where the time allowances in the quote and the actual production times vary. These reporting features are also available across an intranet/the Internet using a web browser if required.

ABC Manufacturing, Enterprise Edition - $AUD38,000, plus 10% GST
  - (consultancy services are additional)

As for the Professional Edition, except that the production management tools are linked to General Ledger through the accounting program Sage Line 50. All customer lists, supplier lists and materials costs are recorded primarily in Sage Line 50 and Orders, Purchasing of Materials and Invoicing are carried out in the Sage Line 50 accounting program. Bills of Materials are stored in the ABC Manufacturing™ program during the Quoting and Production Plan Review activities.

The 'Goliath' data collectors

The system currently supports up to 30 recorders on a single network loop. We have priced the data recorder units at approximately $AUD1,500 each, plus 10% GST. The price is contingent on the precise nature of the data that a client wants to collect. We can provide more information on the features of the "Goliath" data collectors on request.
